Anyone that has to manage this school accounting chore knows that it can be very time consuming and challenging to maintain. EPES does a very nice job of tracking and maintaining a comprehensive history of all student fees.

Pop up windows make data entry easy, consistent and simple. If the user doesn’t remember a fee code or student id, simple press to select from a list of codes or names.

The student fees program keeps real time balances. As soon as a fee is entered or paid, the student balances are updated.

If the school has a student fee that is required of all students, the global fee option makes it very easy to add a fee to every student without having to make a separate entry per student.

Printing Reports and Form Letters

The EPES fees program has a built in option to create form letters. These letters can be printed and sent to the parents. It shows the fees that are currently owed and the balance due.

The reporting option of the EPES fees program prints a wide range of reports. These include outstanding fee reports, fees received, student information and fee code information. For security and integrity, the system administrator can set up what files are accessed by what employees or groups of employees.
